  1. [Sghr] Grid plate Square plate

    Square glass plate of grid plate looks flat plate but has some thick in rims. You can put dishes with sauce on this glass plate, too.

    15cm (about 5.9 inches) Square plate is good size for confectioneries, cakes, or individual plates. From relaxing tea time to special dinner, beautiful glass plate works well.

    24cm (about 9.4 inches) Square plate is useful size for salad, hors d’oeuvre, or main dish. You can make beautiful food presentation with blank space of a plate. A big glass plate makes dinner gorgeous at the center of table.

  2. [Sghr] Grid plate Rectangle plate

    Rectangle plate of grid plate has also some thick in rims. Slim rectangle plates are especially useful when we want to put many plates on the table. Rectangle glass plates are indispensable items for stylish table setting.

    Rectangle plate S is useful plate for appetizer, cut fruits, or small dessert. Put these plates by the plate of main dish. Glossy glass plate provides light.

    Deep plate of grid plate from Sghr is a glass plate with some depth. So, it is useful for dishes with some soup.

    23cm (about 9 inches) Deep plate is good for salad for everyone, or individual plate. Glass plate with some depth can be used for curry and rice, pasta, carpaccio, marinade… for various dishes.

    26cm (about 10.2 inches) Deep plate is recommended for main dishes. Meat or fishes would be great such as roasted beef, acqua pazza, or sashimi. Gorgeous glass plate would be indispensable plate for home parties.

    For Deep plate, we have 3 colors, Clear, Tan and Indigo. Clear suits any kind of dishes. Tan is a gorgeous plate with bright bronze color. Indigo plate can make dishes look brighter. Please select your favorite color.

For your long use at ease

  • All glass plate grid plate from Sghr are handmade by glass craftsmen. Slight difference may occur in capacity or size of each glass. Also, since the glass is made of natural sand, we can see some small air bubbles or lines in glasses. Please enjoy only one feature of handmade glass.

Cautions

  • * Grid plate of Sugahara is not a heat-resistant glass. However, you can pour hot water in pot (not just boiled, about 80~90, about 80℃~90℃, or 176℉~194℉) into glass in normal room temperature.
    Rapid change of temperature may cause break of glasses. Please avoid heating glass over open flame, in oven or microwave. Also, please do not pour cold drink into hot glass or put hot glass on wet place.

Caring tips

  • ・Before use, wash glass with neutral detergent. After use, do same cleaning.
  • ・When the glass get damage, it becomes easy to break. Please be careful not to hit with other hard tableware or glasses.
  • ・Please do not use cleanser, sponge with polishing material, or scouring brush. It may cause break or deteriorate the strength.
