“Chicken soboro and coriander rice”

<Ingredients>
・ White rice 2 cups
・ Water 400 ml
・ 【A】Chicken bouillon powder 1 teaspoon
・ 【A】Sesame oil 2 teaspoons
・ Chicken minced meat 200 g
・ Coriander about 30 g (cut into chunky pieces)
・ Ginger 1 tablespoon (cut into tiny pieces)
・ 【B】Soy sauce 3 teaspoons
・ 【B】Sugar 1 teaspoon
・ Oil

<Directions>
1.Drain washed rice, and soak it in water in Kamado-san for 20 minutes. Add 【A】to the rice and stir them well. Set inner and outer lids. Cook over high heat for about 12 minutes (2 minutes after the steam comes in a continuous stream). Stop heating, and let the rice sit for 20 minutes.

2.Oil the frypan and fry ginger over medium heat. And fry chicken minced meat into soboro. When the meat turns its color, add【B】and stir well. After the meat absorbs the juice, add coriander and stir-fry lightly.
3.Add “2” into the cooked rice and stir them well.

2 rice cup size is 3 kg, 3 rice cup size is 3.6 kg, and 5 rice cup size is 5 kg. In addition, each donabe is set with ceramic pot mat, recipe book, and rice scoop. In total, a Kamado-san set has about 1 kg weight + each pot weight.
